Make sure you
won't be interrupted during this treatment. Unfortunately, I need you lying on the couch with your eyes closed for the full duration of this treatment. If you can, please turn your
mobile phone to 'Silent'.
For your own
safety it is very important that you don't talk during this treatment. I will be using very sharp tweezers and need your head to be as still as possible.
As a rule, I don't do eyelash extensions on pregnant women or anyone with serious back problems.
After your eyelash exensions

It will amaze you what a difference this will make to your retention.

use steam rooms and saunas for the first 48 hours
Do not pull your eyelash extensions off, contact me
Be careful when using your normal skincare products around the eyes as they may contain
Use the mascara wand I leave you to brush your lashes every day, this should remove any lashes you
have shed naturally.
Preparing for your spray tan
Please leave 48 hours after waxing or 24 hours after shaving before having a spray tan
To ensure flawless and streak-free tanning you will need to exfoliate your skin 24 hours before; spend a little extra time on your knees, elbows,
feet and hands. I personally prefer to use exfoliator gloves and then apply a good moisturiser all over the body, again, concentrating on the areas mentioned above
Please remove all products before your spray tan; no make up, deodorant, moisturiser or lotions etc.
Remove contact lenses before your treatment to avoid irritation (or client to close eyes).
After your spray tan
Please see above for development instructions. Make sure you wear dark, loose-fitting clothes during this time – not leggings
As your tan develops, don’t exercise, sweat excessively or go swimming
During your first shower, you will see colour washing off, don’t worry this is only the cosmetic bronzer
After your first shower, pat-dry your skin and moisturise. Apply moisturiser to the face and body in circular motions morning and night
ALWAYS use SPF sunscreen.
Before your nail treatment
I DO NOT remove gel polish applied at a Non Standard Salon. Please return to original salon for removal.
I will go through the use of the LED lamp at the beginning of your appointment but improper hand placement will mean your gel polish doesn't sure and will
After your nail treatment
DO NOT PEEL OFF YOUR GEL POLISH, this is likely to rip layers of your natural nail and cause serious damage.
Please use Cuticle oil on your nails twice a day. I recommend OPI Avoplex which you can get from Boots.
To make your nail polish last as long as possible, please wear gloves when doing household cleaning/ gardening
Always moisturise your hands after washing
I would recommend a manicure every two weeks and pedicure every four weeks.
Preparing for your hair removal treatment
You will need to let your hair grow for approximately four weeks between treatments - please don't feel tempted to shave
Please wear loose clothing and avoid using moisturisers before treatment.

Swim in chlorinated water for 24 hours

To prevent ingrown hairs, starting a few days after your appointment, gently scrub the skin 3 times a week using a loofah or exfoliating mitt and moisturise
